About The Owner

Tuasheena aka Lil Bit is a jewelry designer based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  She holds a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Master of Education (M.Ed), and is a proud HBCU graduate of Norfolk State University.  She is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, which continues to influence her commitment to sisterhood, service, and excellence.

Beyond her creative work, she is a devoted mother to her daughter, Aaliyah.

Professionally, she supervises a dedicated team that partners with local school districts to coordinate community supports and mental health services—work driven by her passion for uplifting youth, families, and underserved communities.

Since an early age Lil /bit has been creative at heart.  Her passion for jewelry design began in 2003 and has grown into a brand known for craftsmanship, elegance, and personal meaning.  Lil Bit has used her artistic gifts to design timeless, handcrafted jewelry.  Each piece is made with care using gold-filled beads, Swarovski crystals, freshwater pearls, and pave Shamballa beads — pieces that continue to receive enthusiastic feedback from clients of all ages.  Over two decades of designing have taught her one thing: timeless jewelry never goes out of style.
